All items are subject to a processing period before they are shipped. - Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days of payment. - You will receive an email when your items have been shipped.

Household accessories and most jewelry items should be delivered within 11 – 21 days of shipping date.

For other specialty items, please allow up to 28 days delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries. Please note delivery times increase around holidays. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer, depending on the country they are shipping from. Orders shipped from within the United States take between 5 and 10 days to be delivered.

Many of our specialty items are shipped from countries such as UK, China, Canada and Hong Kong. All custom print products are printed and shipped from US-based suppliers.

In some cases, in order to continue passing savings on to our customers, some of our products ship without a tracking number. However, your orders have a 100% delivery guarantee. Please see below for details

So if for some reason you don’t receive your order within the time frame specified above, send us an email and we’ll issue either a refund or send a free replacement. If your tracking number shows that the order was delivered, but you claim to not have received it, we will offer a replacement (at our discretion, on a case to case basis)
